Local snake snack in Tainan

Hi, Everyone

My hometown is in Tainan,and Tainan is like a Kyoto because Tinan was the oldest city in Taiwan.Also, Tainan has lots of snacks.
I want to tell you the most famous food is Tan Tzai noodle(擔仔麵).
In my imagination, its like a 擔擔麵 in Japan or i could say that is one kind of Taiwanese ramain.
if you have a chance to come to Tainan,you have to try this kind of food.If u don't try this food,its like you have never been to Tainan.
