Hello,everone ,this  is  my  favorite local snack  ! It called Pan Fried Turnip Cake ! It made of radish and  rice . it  is  very  delicious ,and this is such a great taste for me! My hometown is in Tainan,and Tainan is like a Kyoto because Tinan was the oldest city in Taiwan.Also, Tainan has lots of snacks.
I want to tell you the most famous food is Tan Tzai noodle(擔仔麵).
In my imagination, its like a 擔擔麵 in Japan or i could say that is one kind of Taiwanese ramain.
if you have a chance to come to Tainan,you have to try this kind of food.If u don't try this food,its like you have never been to Tainan.

Now I want to introduce famous Tainan snacks, first Zhou Shrimp Rolls. After the skin by high-temperature frying, let the grease on the distribution of melt in the skin and into the stuffing. One of my favorite snack is bean curd pudding.We always eat the bean curd pudding with bubbles, red beans, and green beans etc.. My favorite one is red beans!

Hello , everyone , Thank you being here to listen my opinion today.

I am going to introduce nice food for my hometown-Tainan. These foods are not only very

tasty but also very famous for a long time. First the food I would like to recommed is Noodles,

three different ones with their own style. They are Dan-dan noodles, Eel noodles and Beef noodles. Each uses different ingredients and has unique flavor , you gotta try all of them , otherwise you will regret!!!

Secondly , the food you have got to know is Tainan Coffin Bread , don`t be scared by the word

"Coffin" , because it`s nothing to do with a real coffin for the dead people , this food was only named by its sharp. People use two pieces of thick breads , hollow it in the middle and stuff some nice ingredients inside. You could put whatever you like in the middle for your personal choose.

Other food you could not miss is Oyster Rolls or Oyster Starch Pancake , you can always fine them in night market here , but only the locals will know where to go for the best of them. You could also try Meat ball and Rice with Miced Pork Sauce , you won`t forget after you eat them.

There are stilll so many other good food that I would like to tell you guys but time isn`t enough , Tainan offer the best food than any other city in Taiwan and nice food is every where in here. The best thing when you come to visit here is that you won`t have any problem of finding good food.

There are many famous local snacks.
Today I would like to introduce a local snack in Tainan.
It is the oyster omelet.
You can see it in any city,but that is more delicious in Tainan.
As the name suggests is a piece of cake filled with oysters on top.
Cake is made with cornstarch.
Then add eggs and on top of vegetables and oyster.
It tastes very soft and then with the sweet and sour sauce is the perfect match.

Today,I would like to introduce a local sanck of Tainan for you.

That's called "milk-fish gruel".

Tainan is famous for milk-fish.

We use it to make many delicous food ,just like pill soup,fried fish skin,decoct fish maw...ect.

But there is a problem for this fish.

Coz it has too many small thorns that makes people hard to eat!

Fortunately,someone had cultivated new breed of milk-fish that has no thorns.

So we can eat it easier today.

Local Snack in Tainan - Peanut Rice Dumplings

I would like to introduce this featured Tainan snack, "peanut rice dumplings" (aka vegetarian rice dumplings.)

It is different from the ordinary rice dumpling. It consists of only peanuts and rice.
Wrapped tightly using the leaf of Shell-flower, it is then cooked until the peanuts are soft.

It has a light aroma of peanuts, and the special aroma of the leaf of shell-flower. Topped with peanut powder, soy sauce paste, and parsley, this is such a great taste which you can only find in Tainan.

My Favorite Snack

Has the famous snack in Tainai,looks like douhua,shrimp volume,coffin board and so on.
And my favoriye snack is douhua.It tastes sweet and soft.You can find it in Anping or in night market.You may eat cold 0r hot with the weather change.I most like eat cold douhua,because it tastes very cool and makes me be happy.

Hello everyone!I have to tell you one of a local snacks in Tianan.
It is "Salty rice pudding".You can see it on Tainan's streets or markets.
The reason why it called "Salty rice pudding" is that it is made with rice,
and it tastes very softly and smoothly. There're several stuffings in it,
such as mushrooms, yolk, shrimp, rouzao, meat and marinated eggs .
It tastes more delicious with soy sauce, and garlic cream sauce.
Especially, "Salty rice pudding" is bowled in a bowl and you can eat "Salty rice pudding" with bamboo stick!
Oh!I'm so hungry now.By the way,next time if you go to Tainan,don't forget to taste

My favorite snack is Coffin board, it is a special food in Tainan.


It was made of a slice of hollow toast, filled with chicken liver in earlier time.

It looks like western food, because the inventor is a western meal cook.

Now there are many kinds of flavors to choose, like chicken meat, beef and vegetable.

Hey,everyone,see you again!!
The city I live is called Tainan.It is an old city.
Because of it's long history,there are many delicious snacks.
For example:Coffin Board,Eel Noodles,Milkifish Congee,Shrimpball,
Mackerel Soup,Da-A Noodles,Bowl Rice Cake,Douhua.....etc.
Now I'm going to introduce the Douhua for you.
Douhua is a transliteration.It's another name called soybean jelly.
We can know what the elements are by its name.
It's made from soybeans and it's appearance like jelly.
How to make it!?We have four steps:
The first,grind soybeans and make it sticky.
The second,filter residues of soybeans,and we get the soybean milk.
The third,mix soybean milk and water,then boil it.
The last,add Magnesium chcoride and wait for it's soilding like the jelly,and we success!!
It tastes fresh and cool,fine and smooth,reminiscence and sweet.
When you visit Tainan in summer,don't forget it.
It can really cool you down on those hot days!!

Hello everyone, today I like to introduce a local snack of Tainan. It is salty rice pudding !! (Bowl Rice Cake)
The traditional salty rice pudding is made by rice & peanut milk, and it has shallot, lean meat, yolk, marinated mince pork and other ingredients in it. Before eat it, people will cream sauce on it. The sauce is very important, without a suitable sauce, there will never be a bowl of good salty rice pudding. You can add some mush garlic in the sauce if you like to eat strong flavors.
Rice pudding not only has salty flavor but also has sweet flavor. Sweet rice pudding is made by rice & peanut milk, and brown sugar. I prefer the salty one.
